Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile games published by Clocktone ("we", "us"), including Pop It Bubble Blast, Spike Monsters, Letter Retreat, Brick Ripple, Bus Bash, and Solitaire (each, the "App"). Versions of our games that include advertising use third-party services for advertising and analytics. This policy explains what data those services collect, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.
Versions of our games released before advertising was introduced collected no data. If you are using such a version, no data described below is collected until you update.
Data We Collect
We do not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The App does not require or create user accounts. However, the third-party software components (SDKs) included in the App automatically collect the following data:
- Advertising ID — your device's resettable advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID), used to serve and measure ads and for analytics;
- Approximate location — a coarse, country/region-level location derived from your IP address (the App does not access GPS or precise location);
- App interactions — gameplay events such as screen views, session length, level completions, and interactions with ads (impressions, clicks, rewarded-video completions);
- Device and diagnostic information — device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and other technical diagnostics.
Third-Party Services
The App includes the following third-party SDKs:
AppLovin (advertising)
AppLovin delivers ads in the App (such as rewarded, interstitial, and banner ads). AppLovin and its mediated advertising partners (ad networks and measurement providers) collect and receive the advertising ID, IP-derived approximate location, device information, and ad interaction data to serve, personalize (where permitted), and measure ads, and to prevent fraud. AppLovin may share this data with its advertising partners, who may act as independent data controllers. See the AppLovin Privacy Policy.
Google Firebase Analytics (analytics)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (installs, sessions, gameplay events). Firebase Analytics collects the advertising ID, IP-derived approximate location, and app interaction events. We link this data with Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, which means certain events (such as first app open) are shared with Google for advertising attribution purposes. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy information.
How Data Is Shared
We do not sell personal data ourselves and we do not share data with third parties beyond what is described here:
- advertising data (advertising ID, approximate location, ad interactions) is shared with AppLovin and its mediated ad network partners to serve and measure ads;
- analytics and attribution data is shared with Google (Firebase Analytics / Google Ads) to measure app usage and advertising performance;
- diagnostic data is used by these providers to maintain and improve their services.
Your Advertising ID and Opt-Out Choices
The advertising ID is a resettable identifier provided by Android. You can reset it or delete it at any time in your device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads (on most devices), where you can also opt out of ads personalization. Deleting the advertising ID prevents it from being used for personalized advertising.
Consent for Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a consent dialog before personalized ads are served. Personalized advertising and related data processing take place only with your consent (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); if you decline, you may see non-personalized ads instead. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the privacy settings option in the App. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
US State Privacy Rights ("Do Not Sell or Share")
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by applicable law, and rights to access or delete personal information. The App provides an opt-out control in its privacy settings, which instructs our advertising partners not to sell or share your data. You can also exercise rights by contacting us at the address below.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data collected by AppLovin and Google is retained according to their respective privacy policies. To request deletion of data associated with your device, contact us at support@clocktone.io and we will forward the request to our service providers, or exercise your rights directly with AppLovin and Google. Resetting your advertising ID disassociates previously collected advertising data from your device.
Game Progress
Your game progress (such as completed levels and scores) is stored only locally on your device. It never leaves your device, and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.
Security
All data described in this policy is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The App's target audience on Google Play is adults. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the App changes any of the above, we will update this policy before that version is released and note the new date at the top of this page.
